RenoVision provides AI-assisted analysis of UK residential property listings. The Service uses publicly available data sources (including Land Registry, EPC Register, ONS HPI, and Rightmove listing data) together with large language model technology to generate indicative renovation cost estimates and return-on-investment calculations.
Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. They are provided as a starting point for your own research only.

The Service is offered on a tiered subscription basis:
All plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing or plan limits at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The RenoVision platform, brand, software, analytical methodology, AI prompts, and all original content (excluding third-party data sources) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without our prior written permission.
Analysis reports generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or otherwise exploit them commercially.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that analysis outputs are accurate, complete, or up to date. Property valuations, renovation costs, and ROI figures are estimates only and may differ materially from actual outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from property investment decisions made in whole or in part on the basis of information provided by RenoVision.
The Service integrates data from third-party sources including HM Land Registry, the Energy Performance Certificate Register, ONS, and postcodes.io. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. On termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
